Scope of work: Concept Design
A modern mixed-use building with two interconnected, angular structures. The facade combines glass panels for ample natural light and beige cladding for visual contrast and stability. Designed for a variety of uses, the building features both office spaces and other commercial functions, connected by a central atrium that serves as a communal hub. Landscaped areas with palm trees enhance the welcoming environment. Its contemporary design emphasizes functionality and efficiency.
